My Turtles take Notting Hill

It's always exciting to go to London and dress the part. The cold weather leaves room for so many options. I picked up a pair of pants from Top Shop the night before and couldn't wait to wear them! The red turtles made my otherwise neutral outfit eye catching and fun! I added a bit more contrast with my yellow cashmere hat! It was the perfect look to wear for daytime window shopping and sightseeing in lovely Notting Hill.

London Bridges!

London was on the Menu this weekend! I traded rain and gloomy skies…for more rain and gloomy skies but it's always worth it! The city was full of Lights and Christmas decorations, totally getting us in the mood to shop! The highlight was visiting Harrod's. Their windows featured Disney Princesses wearing gowns by Ralph & Russo, Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa, Escada,Valentino, Missoni, Roberto Cavalli, Elie Saab and Jenny Packham. They were Perfect! If you're in London for the Holiday's, go see these Pretty Princesses!

The Met Steps

With the Holidays just around the corner I can't help but think of NYC. The city is full of culture and life, always making me almost physically feel it's spirit! There's so much to see and do, and from almost any spot you sit there's life happening. People watching and sipping tea from the steps of the Met was always my favorite thing to do with friends. Tell us your favorite thing to do in the Big Apple!

From Russia with Love

Recently a friend traveled to Moscow and brought me back a souvenir! A fur hat! It's similar to the Ushanka but doesn't have the ear flaps. It's so warm and incredibly soft! I love it! It's perfect for the cold days ahead here in Trieste. Thanks for the Hat friend…and you all will definitely be seeing more of it! Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!

MIRYAKI

Vieni a trovarci a Il Tempo Ritrovato in Viale Piave 1, Milano.

MIRAYKI was born in 2009 from the vision of two young stylists, Mia Vilardo and Riccardo Polidoro. Right from the very birth of their brand they were participating in the most important fashion contests on a national and international level. MIRYAKI has a very artigianale method in their creational process where all pieces are hand made and selected after sicilian tailoring, bringing even more value to the idea of Made in Italy.
In this latest collection, Geometric Texture, you are able see how uniting antique textures and forms of the 70's enhance the human body. The combination reveals playful femininity while paying close attention to detail. The force behind the inspiration in this collection is birthed from the sicilian lab/atelier "La Tela di Penelope" where they found these looks to be refined and timeless. On a color palette of contrasting strong colors such as victorian blue and mustards…and of course the ever present black and white. Helping us to rediscover artigianale taste, always rare. Come see us at Il Tempo Ritrovato in Viale Piave 1, Milan
